Stanley founded LeeKnives in Yangjiang in 1993 and still walks the factory floor every week. He sets the quality standard every knife has to meet before it leaves the building.

Kevin has 13+ years of experience in knife export sales. Fluent in English and German, he works directly with brand owners across Europe and North America — from first inquiry to repeat orders.

Wenbo brings 10+ years of experience in production and sourcing. He runs production scheduling and material procurement, making sure every order is produced on time and on spec.

Xiangyan has 8+ years of quality control experience. She leads the QC team that inspects every batch blade by blade — hardness, edge, finish, and packaging — before anything ships.
