With raw materials from certified major suppliers, all of which are inspected before production, LeeKnives produces kitchen knives through several processes including design stamping, heat treating, handle fitting, sharpening, and testing. Each step is technically processed and strictly controlled.
Test and Quality Control
LeeKnives has the most advanced manufacturing and testing equipment, including a Goniometer, Rockwell hardness tester, sharpness and edge retention tester, and salt spray chamber these four professional testing instruments.
Unless specifically requested, every knife that leaves the LeeKnives factory must pass through these four instruments.
